A Letter to Myself

Dear Self,
Please focus on ONE THING AT A TIME. You're not superwoman and you'll never be. You should have learned this lesson.

Your situation will really end up in a mess if there's a lot of things going on.

Also, try to sleep before 2 a.m. It's unhealthy my dear. If you want to stay healthy, don't forget to get enough rest.

I know you find it difficult to answer people when they ask you of your job. You don't have to explain why a registered nurse ended up working as a writer. Again, you don't have to explain to them. You know what you want and definitely know what you're doing. You're not here to please them.

Continue to love what you're doing. That's one of the best ways to gain self-fulfillment.
Forget about your mistakes but learn from them.

Pursue what you want and continue helping other people. Your purpose here on earth is to fulfill that purpose. And only you will know what it is - not career books, counselors, friends, not even family.

You've found your passion in life and finally able to set a clear vision of what you want in life. Work on your goals and enjoy your passion. Life without passion is no life at all.

Stick to your plans but also be open for possibilities. Never let an opportunity slip your fingers without trying.
I'm proud that you've started going our further of your comfort zone. Please continue doing that.

It's 11:49pm right now and you need to sleep.
Stop this nonsense and prepare the docs for tomorrow's appointment.

Good night my dear.
Always remember that you're blessed and you're born for a purpose.

Sincerely,
Joann
